|  PERSONALIZED LEARNING PLANS

A personalized learning plan (PLP) is the end result of a dynamic process in which teachers, advisors, counselors, and parents/guardians work with a student to review the student’s past academic performance and current diagnostic information; identify his or her abilities, interests, and goals; and incorporate them into a plan to engage the student in learning.
